Good Morning! Its 8.30am on the Sunday Morning and as I breath in the fresh air and hear the buses roar to action and life starts to begin on a nice Sunday morning, I am sending out positive brainwaves to all my frds in Whoosh 17 and I can visualise all of you receiving it (even though many of you will be busy sleeping :p)! and waking up to "TODAY is a GREAT day!"

I would like to take this time to acknowledge and thank Sara for the consistent contributions to the blog and reminding us of the NLP patterns and princples we should all follow and use in our lives.
